Custom Tumbler Sublimation Prints

> For best print quality of your image(s), please email them to heartsncrafts20@gmail.com.

> Images must be in PNG format of at least 300 DPI. It is up to you to make sure your image(s) are in the best quality and by sending them to my email will ensure it keeps the original quality it is in. This will determine how good your transfer will turn out.

> To ensure a smooth printing please make sure your image(s) are set to the actual size that you would like them printed.

> Please order the exact size you're needing. It will ensure there is no empty spaces. If you need help figuring out exact size of your design please message me! If exact size is not ordered I will fit the image as close to the size you choose without ruining the image, I will not refund/resend for empty space with sizes.

> Each image will be automatically mirrored-unless you state otherwise.

>You will receive a sublimation transfer of your image(s) that you provide. This is NOT a digital file and this is a sublimation transfer ONLY.

> All of my sublimation transfers are printed once ordered. My sublimation transfers are made from high quality sublimation ink and sublimation paper. All Images will be delivered without watermark.

SUBLIMATION TUMBLER TRANSFER INFORMATION:
- Sublimation transfers DOES NOT print white ink. If there is white in the design it will become the color of the fabric you apply it to.
- Best to use on white tumblers.
- Sublimation transfers will only work if they have the sublimation coating on them.
- Each transfer is a ONE time use.
- Heat Press is a must.
- Image color may vary slightly due to computer screen resolution.
- Temperatures and Times vary on you heat press system.

If your item is damaged or missing caused by USPS (or any other carrier) It is up to you to file a claim with that carrier.
